Payment method was declined
If the bank or financial institution declined the charge:
Why am I being charged more than my subscription fee?
There are a few reasons you may be seeing a charge that is more than you expected.

The review is a two-step process. In the first phase, your film will be reviewed by a team of film school graduates whose rating will judge whether your film makes it into the next round. If your film scores highly, your film will be reviewed by our expert curators who will either contact you for licensing or place you on the waitlist.
Argo reviews submitted films on a month by month basis. You will hear back within 6-8 weeks if your film has been selected. We thank you for your patience as the Argo team takes the time to watch all submissions and get back to you in a timely manner.
There are various options for licensing your film with Argo:
Your film will be shown on Argo exclusively. If your film is shown on Argo exclusively, we are likely to place it behind a paywall. It means that you will earn 40-50% of the profit Argo earns from your film.
Your film can be viewed both on Argo and other websites/platforms such as Youtube, Vimeo etc. We are unlikely to charge viewers to view your film therefore, our agreement and upfront fees to you will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
