FILMS FATALES CHANNEL ON ARGO
By admin

!! New Channel Alert !!

ARGO x FILM FATALES

There is no lack of talent, only a lack of opportunity.

The non-profit organization, Film Fatales is fighting systemic inequities in Hollywood by supporting filmmakers of all marginalized genders.

Through weekly workshops, panels, and networking opportunities, Film Fatales increases the talent pool in the film industry, and gives underrepresented artists the attention they deserve.

In Fall 2021, Argo put out a call to all Film Fatales members to submit their short films. From this list of submissions, our team of programmers curated 9 great shorts by 9 talented filmmakers. Within the Film Fatales channel, these films are separated into two playlists:

Stand Against Injustice & Making Safe Spaces.

Argo is proud to partner with this superb organization. Together, we can expand the landscape of storytelling to include more underrepresented voices and bring exciting new films to the screen.
